गजासुरतपः–देवलोकक्षोभः
Gajāsura’s Austerities and the Disturbance of the Worlds
तेन तप्तास्तुरास्सर्वे दिवं त्यक्त्वा सवासवाः । ब्रह्मलोकं ययुर्विज्ञापयामासुश्चचाल भूः
tena taptāsturāssarve divaṃ tyaktvā savāsavāḥ | brahmalokaṃ yayurvijñāpayāmāsuścacāla bhūḥ
அந்த மகத்தான தீவிரத் தேஜஸால் சுட்டெரிக்கப்பட்ட அனைவரும்—இந்திரன் உட்பட தேவர்களுடன் கூடிய தானவர்கள்—சுவர்க்கத்தைத் துறந்து பிரம்மலோகத்திற்குச் சென்று செய்தியை அறிவித்தனர்; பூமியும் நடுங்கியது।
