Sukta 5.32
अदर्दरुत्समसृजो वि खानि त्वमर्णवान्बद्बधानाँ अरम्णाः । महान्तमिन्द्र पर्वतं वि यद्वः सृजो वि धारा अव दानवं हन् ॥
ádarda utsám asṛjo ví khā́ni tvám arṇavā́n badbadhānā́m aramṇāḥ | mahā́ntam indra párvataṃ ví yád vaḥ sṛjó ví dhārā́ áva dānaváṃ han ||
நீ ஊற்றை (உத்ஸ) உடைத்து, நீர்வழிக் கால்வாய்களைத் திறந்தாய்; கட்டப்பட்டிருந்த பெருவெள்ள நீர்மேகங்களை (அர்ணவ நீரை) நீ விடுவித்தாய். ஓ இந்திரா, நீ மாபெரும் மலையைப் பிளந்தபோது, நீரோடைகள் வெளியே பாய்ந்தன—அவற்றைத் தடுத்த தானவனைச் சாய்த்தபின்.
