Sukta 3.57
या ते अग्ने पर्वतस्येव धारासश्चन्ती पीपयद्देव चित्रा । तामस्मभ्यं प्रमतिं जातवेदो वसो रास्व सुमतिं विश्वजन्याम् ॥
yā́ te agne párvatasyeva dhā́rā́ asaścántī pī́payad deva citrā́ | tā́m asmábhyaṃ prámatim jātavedo vaso rā́sva sumatíṃ viśvájanyām ||
அக்னியே! மலைச் சுனை ஓட்டம் போல இடையறாது ஓடும் உன் அந்தத் தாரை—தேவனே, பல்வகைச் சிறப்புடையதும் அனைவரையும் வளப்படுத்துவதுமானது—அந்தத் தெளிவான வழிநடத்தும் பிரமதியை எங்களுக்கு அருள்வாயாக, ஜாதவேதஸே. வசுவே, எல்லா மக்களுக்கும் உரிய சுமதி, நல்வினைமிகு மனத்தை எங்களுக்கு வழங்குவாயாக.
