Sukta 10.47
यत्त्वा यामि दद्धि तन्न इन्द्र बृहन्तं क्षयमसमं जनानाम् । अभि तद्द्यावापृथिवी गृणीतामस्मभ्यं चित्रं वृषणं रयिं दाः ॥
yát tvā yā́mi daddhí tán na indra bṛhántam kṣáyam ásamam janā́nām | abhí tád dyā́vāpṛthivī́ gṛṇītām asmábhyaṃ citráṃ vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ rayíṃ dāḥ ||
இந்திரா, நான் உன்னிடம் நாடுவது எதுவோ—அதை எங்களுக்கு அளி: மனிதர்களிடையே அசம (ஒப்பற்ற) பெரும் க்ஷய (விசாலமான வாசஸ்தலம்/ஆதாரம்) மற்றும் நிலைபெறு அடித்தளம். த்யாவா-ப்ருதிவீ (வானும் பூமியும்) அதை உறுதிப்படுத்தட்டும்; மேலும் எங்களுக்கு சித்ர, வ்ருஷண ரயியை அளி.
