Transliteration

kasya cit tv atha kālasya sāṅkāśyād agamat purāt |

sudhanvā vīryavān rājā mithilām avarodhakaḥ ||

Translation

சில காலத்திற்குப் பின் சாங்காச்யா நகரத்திலிருந்து வீரபராக்கிரமமுடைய அரசன் சுதன்வா, மிதிலையை முற்றுகையிடும் நோக்குடன் புறப்பட்டான்।
