सर्वास्त्राणि भृशाश्वस्य पुत्रा: परमधार्मिका:।कौशिकाय पुरा दत्ता यदा राज्यं प्रशासति।।।।
sarvāstrāṇi bhṛśāśvasya putrāḥ parama-dhārmikāḥ | kauśikāya purā dattā yadā rājyaṃ praśāsati ||
முன்னொரு காலத்தில், அவர் அரசாட்சியை நடத்திக் கொண்டிருந்தபோது, மிகுந்த தர்மநிஷ்டையுடைய ப்ருஷாஷ்வனின் புதல்வர்கள் அந்த எல்லா அஸ்திரங்களையும் கௌசிகன் (விசுவாமித்திரன்) அவர்களுக்கு அளித்தனர்.
