भूयो विनयमास्थाय भव नित्यं जितेन्द्रियः।।।।कामक्रोधसमुत्थानि त्यजेथा व्यसनानि च।
bhūyo vinayam āsthāya bhava nityaṁ jitendriyaḥ |
kāmakrodhasamutthāni tyajethā vyasanāni ca ||
மேலும் பணிவை மேற்கொண்டு, எப்போதும் இந்திரியங்களை வென்றவனாக இரு; காமமும் கோபமும் எழுப்பும் குற்றங்களையும் தீய பழக்கங்களையும் விட்டு விடு.
