Adhyaya 47 — Brahma’s Awakening and the Ninefold Scheme of Creation
मार्कण्डेय उवाच—
कथयाम्येष ते ब्रह्मन् ससर्ज भगवान् यथा ।
लोककृत् शाश्वतः कृत्स्नं जगत् स्थावरजङ्गमम् ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca kathayāmy eṣa te brahman sasarja bhagavān yathā / lokakṛc chāśvataḥ kṛtsnaṃ jagat sthāvarajaṅgamam
மார்கண்டேயர் கூறினார்—ஓ பிராமணரே, நித்திய உலககர்த்தாவான பகவான் அசைவற்றதும் அசைவதும் ஆகிய அனைத்தையும் கொண்ட முழு பிரபஞ்சத்தை எவ்வாறு படைத்தார் என்பதை நான் உமக்கு உரைப்பேன்।
