Pāṇḍu’s Marriages, Conquests, and Triumphal Return (पाण्डोर्विवाह-विजय-प्रत्यागमनम्)
सत्यमेतन्महाबाहो यथा वदसि भारत । विश्वासात् ते प्रवक्ष्यामि संतानाय कुलस्य न:
satyam etan mahābāho yathā vadasi bhārata | viśvāsāt te pravakṣyāmi santānāya kulasya naḥ ||
அவள் கூறினாள்—“மகாபாகு பீஷ்மா! ஓ பாரதா, நீ சொல்வதுபோலவே அது உண்மை. உன்ன்மீது நம்பிக்கை கொண்டு, எங்கள் குலத்தின் சந்ததி-வரிசை காக்கப்படுவதற்காக நான் உனக்கு ஒரு செய்தியைச் சொல்கிறேன்.”
