इममिन्द्र गवाशिरं यवाशिरं च नः पिब । आगत्या वृषभिः सुतम्

IAST Transliteration

imám indra gavāśíraṃ yavāśíraṃ ca naḥ piba | ā́gatya vṛ́ṣabhiḥ sutám ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

This, O Indra—mingled with milk, and mingled with barley—drink thou for us, when thou hast come with the bulls, the pressed draught.

Translation

ஏ இந்திரா! இது—பாலுடன் கலந்ததும், யவம் (பார்லி) உடன் கலந்ததும்—எங்களுக்காக நீ குடி; வृषபர்கள் (வலிமைமிகு துணையர்) உடன் வந்து, இந்தப் பிழிந்த சோமரசத்தை ஏற்றுக் கொள்.
