Sukta 3
आसीनासो अरुणीनामुपस्थे रयिं धत्त दाशुषे मर्त्याय । पुत्रेभ्यः पितरस्तस्य वस्वः प्र यच्छत त इहोर्जं दधात
āsī́nāso aruṇī́nām upásthe rayíṃ dhatta dāśúṣe mártyāya | putrébhyaḥ pitaraḥ tásya vásvaḥ prá yacchata té ihórjaṃ dadhāta
Seated in the lap of the Ruddy Ones, bestow ye wealth upon the mortal who hath offered. O Fathers, O bounteous ones, grant it forth unto his sons: may they here establish nourishment and strength.
அருணர்களின் (செம்மை உடையோரின்) மடியில் அமர்ந்து, தானம் செய்து யாகம் புரிந்த அந்த மர்த்தியனுக்கு, ஹே பித்ருக்களே, செல்வத்தை அளியுங்கள். வளமுடைய பித்ருக்களே, அந்தச் செல்வத்தை அவன் புதல்வருக்கும் முன்னே வழங்குங்கள்; அவர்கள் இங்கே ஊட்டமும் வலிமையும் நிலைநிறுத்தட்டும்.
