अन्तेष्वन्तपालदुर्गाणि जनपदद्वाराण्यन्तपालाधिष्ठितानि स्थापयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.०१.०५ ॥

Transliteration

anteṣv antapāladurgāṇi janapadadvārāṇy antapālādhiṣṭhitāni sthāpayet

Translation

எல்லைகளில், ஜனபதத்தின் வாயில்களாகிய எல்லைக் காவல் கோட்டைகளை (அந்தபால-துர்கம்) எல்லைக் காவல் அதிகாரிகள் (அந்தபாலர்) மேற்பார்வையில் நிறுவ வேண்டும்।
