Prahlāda
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śaunaka and ṛṣis (frame assumed; not explicit here)
Scene: A line of brāhmaṇas each receives a cow and dakṣiṇā; garlands and incense smoke curl upward; the king offers tāmbūla with folded hands, uttering ‘Viṣṇur me prīyatām’; a subtle Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa emblem or shrine appears behind.
Charity becomes worship when offered with bhakti and the intention of pleasing Viṣṇu, not for personal fame.
Dvārakā Māhātmya—centered on Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa’s sacred domain—uses such acts to illustrate the dharma of that holy region.
Brāhmaṇa-pūjā with garlands and incense, followed by go-dāna with dakṣiṇā and tāmbūla offering.
