सूत उवाच—एवं केलीश्वरदेवी परमेश्वरी संजाता। तस्मात्सा स्थापनीया पूजनीया ध्येया च विशेषतः॥
Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa)
Tirtha: Kelīśvara (Devī Kelīśvarī)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Sūta concludes a Devī-origin account and issues an injunction: Kelīśvarī as Parameśvarī, enthroned and worshipped; devotees installing her image, offering flowers, lamps, and incense; a sanctum with śakti-symbols and a radiant aura around the goddess.
Purāṇic dharma emphasizes establishing and sustaining worship at sacred sites; the Goddess’s local manifestation becomes a permanent refuge through pratiṣṭhā, pūjā, and dhyāna.
The tīrtha-sthāna in Nāgara Khaṇḍa (Adhyāya 150) associated with Kelīśvara Devī (Kelīśvarī), praised as Parameśvarī.
Install the Goddess (sthāpana/pratiṣṭhā), worship her (pūjā), and meditate upon her (dhyāna), with special emphasis.
