Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"shanta","secondary_rasa":"bhakti","emotional_journey":"Begins as a calm assurance of scriptural insight and health, then intensifies the auspiciousness by listing powerful liminal times (saṅkrānti, pakṣānta, eclipses)."}
It links sacred timing (saṅkrānti, fortnight-end, eclipses) with heightened spiritual fruit—gaining clear insight into śāstra (scriptural meaning) and purification that manifests as freedom from disease.
By emphasizing observance at potent cosmic junctions, it supports bhakti-oriented practice: disciplined worship, charity, japa, and tīrtha-related acts performed at such times are said to deepen inner clarity and devotion’s transformative results.
Jyotiṣa (Vedāṅga astrology) and muhūrta: identifying saṅkrānti, pakṣānta, and grahaṇa as technically significant time-markers for ritual efficacy and spiritual merit.
