Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within a technical Vedāṅga-style listing)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes disciplined, named sequencing in sacred practice—specific kalās (portions) and a precise salutation are to be placed in order, showing that spiritual efficacy depends on correct structure as well as devotion.
Bhakti here is expressed through reverential mantra—“namaḥ udbhavāya”—inserted in a prescribed sequence, indicating devotion guided by śāstra-based procedure rather than mere sentiment.
It reflects a technical, Vedāṅga-like method of enumeration and placement (anukrama/krama): naming units (kalā), assigning ordinal numbers, and indicating where a mantra phrase is to be recited—useful for correct ritual/recitation order.
