The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras
छिन्नमस्ता रमा बीजं स्वाहा शक्तिरुदीरिता । आं खङ्गाय हृदाख्यातमीं खङ्गाय शिरः स्मृतम् ॥ ४ ॥
chinnamastā ramā bījaṃ svāhā śaktirudīritā | āṃ khaṅgāya hṛdākhyātamīṃ khaṅgāya śiraḥ smṛtam || 4 ||
छिन्नमस्तायाः बीजं ‘रमा’ इति कथ्यते, शक्तिः ‘स्वाहा’ इति चोदीरिता। ‘आं खङ्गाय’ इति हृदयमन्त्रः प्रदिष्टः, ‘ईं खङ्गाय’ इति शिरोमन्त्रः स्मृतः॥
