Sanatkumara (addressing Narada in the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents Gaṅgā as a liberating tīrtha: her sacred waters cleanse accumulated sin and become a cause for attaining the supreme goal, especially for forefathers needing upliftment.
While centered on tīrtha-mahātmyā, the verse supports bhakti by showing divine grace operating through sacred means—approaching Gaṅgā with faith and reverence is implied as a spiritually transformative act.
Ritual application is implied rather than technical Vedanga: it points to Pitr-related rites and tīrtha practice (e.g., snāna, tarpaṇa) where sacred water is used for purification and ancestral benefit.
