Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: karuna
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It identifies the root of suffering as avidyā—specifically, the mistaken perception that the world exists independently of Mahāviṣṇu—implying liberation arises from right vision of Vishnu as the ground of all.
By teaching that separation from Vishnu is ignorance, it supports bhakti as a corrective vision: devotion trains the mind to see all existence as belonging to and pervaded by Vishnu, dissolving alienation and sorrow.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is doctrinal discernment (viveka) used in Vedānta-oriented instruction—recognizing the error of bheda-buddhi (sense of separateness) as the basis for spiritual practice.
