Adhyaya 32 — Rules for Parvana Śrāddha: Foods that Please the Ancestors and Items to Avoid
नग्नाः पातकिनश्चैव हन्युर्दृष्ट्या पितृक्रियाम् ।
अपुमानपविद्धश्च कुक्कुटो ग्रामशूकरः ॥
nagnāḥ pātakinaś caiva hanyur dṛṣṭyā pitṛ-kriyām / apumāna-paviddhaś ca kukkuṭo grāma-śūkaraḥ
नग्नाः पापिनश्च दर्शनादेव पितृकर्म दूषयेयुः। तथा कुक्कुटः ग्राम्यसूकरश्च, तथा ‘अपुमान-पविद्ध’ इति निन्दितोऽशुचिश्च जनः—एतेऽपि दूरं कार्याः।
