Transliteration

na khalvayamṛtoṃ'ḍastha iti snehādabhāṣata | tadā prabhṛti lokeyaṃ mārtaṃḍa iti cocyate

Translation

Из любви она сказала: «Воистину, он не мёртв внутри яйца». С тех пор в этом мире его стали именовать Мартанда (Mārtaṇḍa).
