śakyātmanaiva tadvyāptaṃ yathā dehe 'ṃtarātmanā | tasmācchaktimayaṃ sarvaṃ jagatsthāvarajaṃgamam

Translation

То (Высшая Реальность) пронизано собственной силой, как внутренний Атман пронизывает тело. Потому вся эта вселенная — неподвижное и движущееся — есть шактимайя, сотканная из Шакти.
