Как следствие, такое как горшок, не бывает поистине отделено от глины и прочего (его материальной причины), так и проявленное — начиная с тела — не бывает поистине отделено от непроявленного.
Suta Goswami (narrating the Vāyavīya teaching to the sages at Naimisharanya)
Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
It teaches non-separation between the manifest world and its unmanifest ground, guiding the seeker to see effects as dependent on their cause and to turn inward toward the subtle source—ultimately pointing to Shiva as the supreme basis of all manifestation.
Linga worship trains the mind to perceive the visible symbol (saguna upāsanā) as inseparable from the formless source (nirguṇa ground). As the pot is not other than clay, the worshipped form is a doorway to the unmanifest reality of Shiva.
Meditate on cause-and-effect non-separation during japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” contemplating that body and world arise from the unmanifest and subside back into it; this supports detachment and steadiness in yoga and bhakti.
