अनुग्रह-स्वातन्त्र्य-प्रमाणविचारः | Inquiry into Pramāṇa, Divine Autonomy, and Grace

आगन्तुकत्वे कस्यापि भाव्यं केनापि हेतुना । यो ऽयं हेतुरसावेकस्त्वविचित्रस्वभावतः

Transliteration

āgantukatve kasyāpi bhāvyaṃ kenāpi hetunā | yo 'yaṃ heturasāvekastvavicitrasvabhāvataḥ

Translation

Если о чём-либо говорят как о случайно пришедшем извне, то это должно быть объяснено какой-либо причиной. Но эта причина — единая и по природе неизменная — сама по себе не может объяснить такую «внешнюю» случайность.
