Transliteration

tān moghān abhisampekṣya lakṣmaṇaḥ paravīrahā | abhyavarṣan maheṣūṇāṁ sahasreṇa mahāyaśāḥ ||

Translation

Увидев, что те стрелы оказались тщетны, Лакшмана — губитель вражеских витязей, славный доблестью, — осыпал врага тысячей могучих стрел.
