Uma–Maheshvara Vrata, Shula-dana, and Month-wise Ekabhakta Vrata
या नार्येवं चरेदब्दं कृष्णामेकां चतुर्दशीम् वर्षान्ते प्रतिमां कृत्वा येन केनापि वा द्विजाः
yā nāryevaṃ caredabdaṃ kṛṣṇāmekāṃ caturdaśīm varṣānte pratimāṃ kṛtvā yena kenāpi vā dvijāḥ
Любая женщина, которая так соблюдает в течение полного года единственную Кришна-чатурдаши (четырнадцатый день тёмной половины месяца) и по окончании года изготовит образ — о дважды-рождённые — каким бы способом ни было возможно, обретает заслугу, рожденную преданным шиваитским соблюдением, ведущую к ослаблению pāśa, связывающего paśu, и к обращению души к Пати — Шиве.
