परि मा दिवः परि मा पृथिव्याः पर्यन्तरिक्षात् परि मा वीरुद्भ्यः । परि मा भूतात् परि मोत भव्याद् दिशोदिशो जङ्गिडः पात्वस्मान्
pári mā diváḥ pári mā pṛthivyā́ḥ páry antárikṣāt pári mā vīrúdbhyaḥ | pári mā bhūtā́t pári mót bhávyād diśó-diśo jaṅgíḍaḥ pā́tv asmā́n
Round about me—from heaven, round about me—from earth; from the mid-air round about me, round about me—from the plants. Round about me—from beings, and further—from what shall be: from every quarter let the Jangida guard us.
Вокруг меня — от неба; вокруг меня — от земли; от воздушного пространства вокруг меня; вокруг меня — от растений. Вокруг меня — от существ; и также — от того, что ещё будет: со всех сторон пусть Джангидá хранит нас.
