स्वयं त्रिमूर्तिः स्वमिवात्मनात्मनि स्वशक्तितश्चाण्डमिदं ससर्ज्ज ह । तस्मिञ्जलोत्थासनमार्यतेजसं ससर्ज्ज यस्तं प्रणतोऽस्मि भूधरम् ॥ ७.३७ ॥
svayaṃ trimūrtiḥ svam ivātmanātmani svaśaktitaś cāṇḍam idaṃ sasarjja ha | tasmiñ jalotthāsanam āryatejasaṃ sasarjja yas taṃ praṇato ’smi bhūdharam || 7.37 ||
Aquele que, sendo Ele mesmo a Trimūrti, criou este ovo cósmico por seu próprio poder, como que dentro de Si mesmo; e que, nele, produziu o assento nascido das águas, dotado de nobre fulgor: a esse Bhūdhara, Sustentador da Terra, eu me prostro.
