आकाशप्रभवो वायुर्वायुप्राणो हुताशनः । देवा हुताशनप्राणाः प्राणोऽग्नेर्मधुसूदनः । सकथं पद्मजप्राणः प्रभासं क्षेत्रमाश्रितः
ākāśaprabhavo vāyurvāyuprāṇo hutāśanaḥ | devā hutāśanaprāṇāḥ prāṇo'gnermadhusūdanaḥ | sakathaṃ padmajaprāṇaḥ prabhāsaṃ kṣetramāśritaḥ
Do espaço nasce o vento; a vida do vento é o fogo (Hutāśana). Os deuses vivem pelo fogo, e a vida do fogo é Madhusūdana (Viṣṇu). Como então Ele—que é a vida do Nascido do Lótus (Brahmā)—poderia abrigar-se no campo sagrado de Prabhāsa?
