समं वर्त्तस्व कन्यासु मामकासु निशाकर । अन्यथा दोषभागी त्वं भविष्यसि न संशयः
samaṃ varttasva kanyāsu māmakāsu niśākara | anyathā doṣabhāgī tvaṃ bhaviṣyasi na saṃśayaḥ
«Porta-te com igualdade para com minhas filhas, ó fazedor da noite; caso contrário, sem dúvida, serás partícipe da culpa.»
