Transliteration

nāvijñātaṃ pradātavyaṃ na mlānaṃ na ca dūṣitam | na ca paryyuṣitaṃ mālyaṃ dātavyaṃ bhūtimicchatā

Translation

Quem deseja prosperidade não deve oferecer o que é desconhecido, nem o que está murcho ou manchado; nem deve oferecer guirlandas envelhecidas e passadas.
