सूत उवाच । तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा तुष्टस्तस्य पितामहः । ब्राह्मणत्वं स्वयं दत्त्वा ततः प्रोवाच सादरम्
sūta uvāca | tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā tuṣṭastasya pitāmahaḥ | brāhmaṇatvaṃ svayaṃ dattvā tataḥ provāca sādaram
Sūta disse: Ao ouvir suas palavras, seu Avô primordial (Brahmā) ficou satisfeito; e, concedendo-lhe com a própria mão a condição de brāhmaṇa, então lhe falou com reverência.
