तस्माद्गच्छ गृहं विप्र यावद्गात्रं न दह्यते । बंधुभिस्तव शोकार्तैर्नाधुना तत्र ते स्थितिः
tasmādgaccha gṛhaṃ vipra yāvadgātraṃ na dahyate | baṃdhubhistava śokārtairnādhunā tatra te sthitiḥ
“Portanto, ó brāhmane, vai para tua casa enquanto teu corpo ainda não foi queimado. Teus parentes estão aflitos de tristeza; agora não é tempo de permaneceres ali.”
