Transliteration

maṇiratnapravālānāṃ rūpyaṃ hāṭakavāsasām | anyeṣāmapi dānānāmannadānaṃ viśiṣyate

Translation

Mesmo em comparação com dádivas de gemas, joias, corais, prata, ouro e vestes—entre todas as demais caridades, a dádiva de alimento sobressai como a mais excelente.
