Transliteration

mānuṣye durlabhaṃ loke tatrā'pi ca kulīnatā | tatrāpi sadayatvaṃ ca tatra satsaṃgamaḥ śubhaḥ

Translation

Neste mundo, o nascimento humano é difícil de alcançar; mais rara ainda é a nobreza de conduta. Mais rara do que isso é a compaixão—e, dentro dela, a auspiciosa companhia dos virtuosos (satsaṅga) é a bênção suprema.
