ऋषय ऊचुः । यद्येवं चौर तद्गत्वा त्वं पृच्छस्व कुटुम्बकम् । ममपापांशभागी त्वं किं भविष्यसि किं न वा
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | yadyevaṃ caura tadgatvā tvaṃ pṛcchasva kuṭumbakam | mamapāpāṃśabhāgī tvaṃ kiṃ bhaviṣyasi kiṃ na vā
Os sábios disseram: “Se é assim, ó ladrão, vai e pergunta à tua própria família. Se hás de partilhar uma porção do meu pecado, que será de ti—aceitarás ou não?”
