ततो विलज्जितोगस्त्य शापोद्यतकरो मुनिः । अपराद्धं बहु मया क्रोधांधेनेति दुर्धिया

Transliteration

tato vilajjitogastya śāpodyatakaro muniḥ | aparāddhaṃ bahu mayā krodhāṃdheneti durdhiyā

Translation

Então o sábio—com a mão erguida para proferir uma maldição—envergonhou-se, ó Agastya, e confessou: «Cego pela ira e por mau discernimento, cometi grande ofensa».
