युधिष्ठिर उवाच । वृषोत्सर्गे कृते तात फलं यज्जायते नृणाम् । तत्सर्वं कथयस्वाशु प्रयत्नेन द्विजोत्तम
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | vṛṣotsarge kṛte tāta phalaṃ yajjāyate nṛṇām | tatsarvaṃ kathayasvāśu prayatnena dvijottama
Yudhiṣṭhira disse: «Ó venerável, ó melhor dos brāhmaṇas—dize-me depressa e com zelo todo o fruto que surge aos homens quando se realiza o vṛṣotsarga».
