यस्या दर्शनमात्रेण नश्यते पापसञ्चयः । चैत्रमासे तु सम्प्राप्ते अहोरात्रोषितो भवेत्
yasyā darśanamātreṇa naśyate pāpasañcayaḥ | caitramāse tu samprāpte ahorātroṣito bhavet
«Pela simples visão dela, desfaz-se o acúmulo de pecados. E quando chega o mês de Caitra, deve-se permanecer ali por um dia e uma noite completos».
