Ali, os munis alcançam a dissolução da individualidade limitada; e, em seguida, a força radiante da mente e dos sentidos é contida. Mesmo nos eus que O contemplam, surge o conhecimento direto de Sua realidade tal como ela é.

It teaches that liberation matures through yogic restraint (nirodha) and culminates in yāthātmyavedana—direct realization of Shiva’s true nature—where the soul’s limited identity dissolves in the Lord’s grace and knowledge.
Contemplation (cintā) of Shiva—often supported by Saguna forms like the Linga—still leads beyond mental fluctuations to true-nature knowledge, guiding the devotee from form-supported meditation toward direct realization of the Supreme (Pati).
A clear takeaway is dhyāna with nirodha: steadying the mind and senses while contemplating Shiva (commonly with japa of the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), leading to inner cessation and insight.
