Entre estes lótus (suportes sutis), onde quer que a mente se absorva de verdade, ali mesmo o aspirante firme deve contemplar o Senhor (Śiva) e a Deusa (Śakti) com intelecto sereno e discernente.
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Ardhanārīśvara
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: liberating
It teaches that liberation-oriented meditation succeeds when the mind naturally settles; wherever that absorption arises, one should contemplate Śiva together with Śakti—Pati united with His power—using steady discernment.
It supports Saguna upāsanā: the meditator chooses a concrete locus of attention (a “lotus” support) and fixes awareness on the Divine Couple, which aligns with Linga-worship where Śiva is adored along with His inseparable Śakti.
A dhyāna practice: select the inner or outer focus where the mind becomes steady, then perform calm contemplation of Śiva-Śakti—optionally supported by japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and a composed, discerning mind.
