It highlights Shiva’s universal sovereignty: beings of every realm and temperament—divine, semi-divine, and demonic—are drawn into the same sacred field, implying that before Pati (Shiva) all pashus can turn toward grace.
Such catalogues of assembled beings typically frame a public manifestation of Saguna Shiva—often around a sacred presence like the Linga—showing that Shiva’s accessible form gathers all classes of beings into reverence and remembrance.
The takeaway is collective and inclusive devotion: join satsanga, chant the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with steadiness, and cultivate reverence that dissolves hostility—an inner “assembly” of the mind around Shiva.
