Sukta 4.41
इन्द्रा को वां वरुणा सुम्नमाप स्तोमो हविष्माँ अमृतो न होता । यो वां हृदि क्रतुमाँ अस्मदुक्तः पस्पर्शदिन्द्रावरुणा नमस्वान् ॥
índrā́ kó vāṃ varuṇā́ sumnám āpa stómo havíṣmāṃ amṛ́to ná hótā | yó vāṃ hṛdí krátumān asmád uktaḥ pásparśad indrāvaruṇā́ námasvān ||
Ó Indra e Varuṇa, que hino-oferta, que stoma com oblação alcançou a vossa graça, como um Hotar imortal com sacrifício? A nossa palavra, dotada no coração de krátu (vontade, força de propósito), tocou-vos, ó Indra-Varuṇa, inclinando-se em reverência.
