Transliteration
kā́yamāno vanā́ tvaṃ yán mātṝ́r ájagan ápaḥ | ná tát te agne pramṛ́ṣe nivártanam yád dūré sán nihā́bhavaḥ ||
Translation
Ainda que te movas pelas florestas, quando foste às mães, às águas, isso não é para ti, ó Agni, um retrocesso, nem o esmorecer do teu ímpeto adiante: embora distante, aqui te tornas presente.
