नालिकेरोदकेनापि शिवं संस्नाप्य भक्तितः । अष्टम्यामिन्दुवारे वा शिवसायुज्यमश्नुते ॥ ५३ ॥

nālikerodakenāpi śivaṃ saṃsnāpya bhaktitaḥ | aṣṭamyāminduvāre vā śivasāyujyamaśnute || 53 ||

Mesmo com água de coco, se alguém banhar Śiva com devoção, alcança o sāyujya com Śiva—especialmente se o fizer na Aṣṭamī (oitavo dia lunar) ou numa segunda-feira.
