Transliteration

brahmā brahmāṇḍamāhātmyamadhikṛtyābravītpunaḥ | tacca dvādaśasāhasraṃ brahmāṇḍaṃ dviśatādhikam

Translation

ਫਿਰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਂਡ (ਪੁਰਾਣ) ਬਾਰਾਂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ (ਸ਼ਲੋਕ) ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਦੋ ਸੌ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਹਨ।
