Transliteration

tvaṅmātrasāraniḥsāraṃ kadalīsārasaṃnibham | jñātvaivaṃ doṣavaddehaṃ yaḥ prājñaḥ śithilībhavet

Translation

ਜੋ ਇਹ ਜਾਣ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਚਮੜੀ-ਮਾਤ੍ਰ ਦਾ ਖੋਖਲਾ ਸਾਰ ਹੈ, ਕੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਤਣੇ ਦੀ ਗੁੱਦੀ ਵਰਗੀ; ਐਸੇ ਦੋਸ਼-ਭਰੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਜ্ঞ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਗ੍ਰਹਣ ਤੇ ਆਸਕਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਢਿੱਲਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
