गोष्ठाग्निजलरथ्यासु तरुच्छायानगेषु च । त्यजंति ये पुरीषाद्यमारामायतनेषु च
goṣṭhāgnijalarathyāsu tarucchāyānageṣu ca | tyajaṃti ye purīṣādyamārāmāyataneṣu ca
ਜੋ ਗੋਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅੱਗ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ, ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਰਸਤੇ ਉੱਤੇ, ਦਰੱਖਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਛਾਂ ਹੇਠ, ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ, ਅਤੇ ਬਾਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੰਦਰ-ਪਰਿਸਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਲ-ਮੂਤਰ ਆਦਿ ਤਿਆਗਦੇ ਹਨ—ਉਹ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਿੰਦਿਤ ਹਨ।
