स काल इव कल्पांते यदा वासवमाद्रुतः । तं दृष्ट्वा सर्वभूतानि विविशुर्विह्वलानि तु

Transliteration

sa kāla iva kalpāṃte yadā vāsavamādrutaḥ | taṃ dṛṣṭvā sarvabhūtāni viviśurvihvalāni tu

Translation

ਜਦ ਉਹ ਵਾਸਵ ਉੱਤੇ ਝਪਟਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਕਲਪਾਂਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਭੂਤ-ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਕੰਬਦੇ ਤੇ ਵਿਹਵਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਓਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁਕ ਗਏ।
