राजमार्गेण महता सुविभक्तेन शोभिता ।मुक्तपुष्पावकीर्णेन जलसिक्तेन नित्यश: ।।।।

Transliteration

rājamārgeṇa mahatā su-vibhaktena śobhitā | mukta-puṣpāvakīrṇena jala-siktena nityaśaḥ ||

Translation

ਉਹ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਤੇ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਣੇ ਰਾਜਮਾਰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੋਭਿਤ ਸੀ; ਤਾਜ਼ੇ ਫੁੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਖਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਤ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਛਿੜਕਾਅ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੰਚੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਸੀ।
